Shipping policy

Orders are processed as quickly as possible upon receipt but may take up to 6 business days to process.  We strongly recommend that our customers ship to a business address to ensure that there is someone 21 years or older available to sign for the order. Please note: We do not ship to a PO Box. Being compliant with state laws, MFV Winery currently ships wine to the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, Virginia, Washington.  We can ship to Arkansas, Tennessee, Vermont, Connecticut, South Carolina, Washington DC, Rhode Island, New Jersey, Delaware, Kentucky, South Dakota, Oklahoma, Wisconsin, Indiana, Wyoming, Pennsylvania, and Louisiana using a third-party shipper.   WE DO NOT SHIP to Alabama (can ship to a state store), Mississippi, North Dakota, and Utah.  This list is subject to change without notice. If your state is not on this list please visit for more information. (Non- alcohol items can be shipped anywhere in the United States.) In addition, each state imposes limitations on the amount of wine any particular resident may receive by direct shipment. Certain states also have dry areas to which alcohol cannot be shipped, so there are certain zip codes that we cannot ship to. To ensure that you are able to order wine for direct shipment from our website, please consult the specific state requirements for your state.

Please note that all orders must be placed by persons who are at least 21 years old, and that age verification will be required upon receipt of your wine. No wine will be delivered to visibly intoxicated persons and any person unable to provide age verification will forfeit their right to receive the shipment until identification is produced. In such circumstances, the order may either be held in storage at a local depot of the shipping company until appropriate identification is produced, or shipped back to the winery. All associated costs will be the responsibility of and be charged to the customer.

You will be charged the applicable sales tax, if any, assessed by your state for any shipment that MFV Winery makes. Shipping and handling costs for wine will appear in the shopping cart before you complete your transaction. The carrier and service speed may vary by state and time of year.  MFV Winery will not ship wine when temperatures are over 85 degrees or below freezing.

Return Policy

MFV Winery prides itself on the quality of its products. If the products are damaged in any way during shipping, we will replace them at no cost to the customer. Returns for other reasons will be handled on an individual basis and subject to approval by the owners.
